The puzzle is advertised as a 275 piece puzzle but some customers have received a 1000 piece puzzle which has caused confusion and frustration. One customer had to return a wrongly delivered puzzle. Overall, the puzzle has been well received by customers who love the quality of the images, however, there have been some issues with incorrect orders causing inconvenience.
