إجابه: I can’t answer your question regarding planting time in Oregon but I can tell you the seeds did not do well in Oklahoma. I tried putting some directly in a flowerpot (they never did germinate) and also tried to plant some under a growing light. The seeds under the growing light came up but when I tried to transplant them outside they all died. -
