It is ideal for commercial applications, where maintaining aesthetic appeal and functionality is essential. This floor closer is suitable for a variety of door sizes and weights, making it versatile for different settings, including office buildings, healthcare facilities, and educational institutions.

How does the no-hold open feature work in the Dorma BTS75V?

The no-hold open feature in the Dorma BTS75V Floor Closer allows the door to close automatically without remaining open at any point. This is advantageous in environments that require doors to remain closed for security, privacy, or climate control. The hydraulic mechanism ensures a controlled closing speed and a secure closure, making it a great choice for settings where safety is a concern.

Is the Dorma BTS75V Floor Closer suitable for heavy doors?

Yes, the Dorma BTS75V Floor Closer is designed to accommodate medium to heavy doors effectively. It's engineered to handle a range of door weights typically found in commercial settings. This makes it suitable for various applications, providing stability and durability, whether it's an office door or a restroom facility.

What installation requirements are there for the Dorma BTS75V Floor Closer?

Installation of the Dorma BTS75V Floor Closer requires a solid floor surface and a prepared door frame. Can the Dorma BTS75V be adjusted for closing speed?
