The KIMO Cordless Impact Driver is a versatile tool that can be used for both drilling and screwing. Customers can reach out to [email protected] for assistance with any questions. The drill driver joint, located outside the clamp, is used to fit and tighten bits in place, while the driller head must be rotated clockwise for screws and counterwise for tightening. According to KIMO, this drill driver is powerful enough to drill through walls, but customers need to work it in max torque with strong screws, higher speeds for impact drilling, or hammer modes. The battery comes with a charger, and it is recommended to charge it fully before each use. It is also advisable not to press the trigger to the end directly on first use. The bits that go into the sleeve should be 1/4". The design of the impact wrench is excellent, with a comfortable grip, its own tools, and a carry bag.
