The Intex 28431EP PureSpa Plus 85 Inch Diameter 6 Person Portable Inflatable Hot Tub Spa has received mixed reviews. Some customers have had great experiences, loving the bubble feature that massages the back and the larger size that fits four adults comfortably. One customer was happy with the customer service and another happy with the ease of setup. However, others have had problems with the product, including leaks, cheap plastic impellers on the filter and heater unit, and a shocking experience when trying to use it. Some customers also found the instructions to be terrible and set up was difficult. Overall, the product seems to have a range of issues, but for the price and ease of use, some customers are still satisfied.
