It is a great chair that is comfortable, easy to assemble, sturdy and rolls easily on short carpets. The adjustable height is perfect for most users. The back support is stable. The seat is just a bit over 16" making it perfect for spaces with a narrow opening. The chair is not pre-assembled but is easy to assemble. However, the package may be damaged in shipment, as experienced by one reviewer.
