Many customers initially purchased this lamp as a creative and thoughtful gift, often for adults who may have everything they need. Several users have highlighted its aesthetic appeal, stating that it serves as a stunning conversation starter and a beautiful addition to various interior settings. However, some users experienced issues with the lamp itself, primarily regarding its functionality. While a few praised the ease of use and reliable performance of the magnetic levitation feature, others encountered significant problems, such as receiving broken items or dealing with lamps that failed to operate as expected. Some customers noted the lack of clear instructions (only available in Chinese), which added to their frustration during assembly and setup. On a positive note, customer service received commendations in cases where refunds were processed efficiently, even when items arrived in less-than-ideal conditions. Despite its visual charm and potential as a unique gift choice, the product's reliability seems to vary significantly, leading to ambivalent customer experiences. **
