Amazon Basics Scratching Posts ZJS-210452-1 Editorial Review
The Amazon Basics Cactus Cat Scratching Post with Dangling Ball is a hit among customers and their cats. The scratching post is loved by both adult cats and kittens, and even lazy cats find it irresistible. The size of the scratching post is perfect for cats to attack and it is sturdy enough to withstand their scratching. The design of the cactus adds a charming touch to any living space. Putting the scratching post together is a breeze, with no tools required. Customers report that assembly takes about 10 minutes. The material used is a combination of polyester fabric, particle board, paper tube, polypropylene plastic (PP), and metal. The base of the scratching post is covered in a green sisal-like rope, while the top and arms are made of a carpet-like material. However, some customers have mentioned that the base is not heavy enough and the scratching post tends to move when their cats scratch on it. They have had to add weights to keep it steady. There is also a slight mismatch in the color of the rope and fabric used, which some customers wish could be fully matched throughout. Overall, the Amazon Basics Cactus Cat Scratching Post with Dangling Ball is a well-made and visually appealing scratching post that cats seem to love. It offers stability and entertainment for feline friends, while adding a decorative touch to the home.
