MPB-600 Black Parcel Mail Drop Box,Bi

The Barska Large Package Delivery Parcel Mail Steel Drop Box has garnered mixed reviews from customers. On one hand, some users appreciate the quality and price of the product, noting its sturdy Construction and features aimed at improving parcel security. However, several complaints have surfaced regarding defects in the product upon arrival. Customers reported that some parts were loose or defective, raising frustrations over the product's usability. Furthermore, the customer service experience has been a significant point of contention. Some users have described interactions with the company as bizarre and unhelpful when attempting to handle the defective items. A particularly negative experience involved a policy requiring customers to send a check for $60 before receiving help with replacements or refunds, which users perceived as a blatant scam. Another essential aspect highlighted in the reviews is the drop box's lack of water resistance. Users have reported that the product failed to keep contents dry during simulated rain conditions, which could pose a risk to valuable mail and packages. In summary, while the Barska drop box has potential with its solid build and competitive pricing, its flaws in quality control and customer support have overshadowed the overall experience for many customers. **
