The D-Link AC1200 Wi-Fi Range Extender DAP-1620 is a device that helps to extend the range of your home Wi-Fi and eliminate dead zones. The device is easily set up and works seamlessly with your existing Wi-Fi. You can choose to use it as a network/media bridge and run it to the Ethernet port on a separate device. It can also be used as a Wi-Fi router when wired to a device. One distinctive feature of this extender is that it is wired to your main router so that your Wi-Fi reception will be optimal. This makes a huge difference compared to other Wi-Fi extenders available in the market. Customers have mentioned that this extender works seamlessly with their Verizon DSL modem. Although it is not recommended for use in hotel rooms, customers can use it to improve the Wi-Fi reception for their TV's Roku.
