Biddeford Blankets Bed Blankets 2031-905191-700 Editorial Review
The Biddeford Blankets Micro Plush Electric Heated Blanket has garnered a mixed reception among customers. Many users appreciate the softness of the material and the performance of the digital controller, highlighting features like the auto shutoff and pre-heat option as particularly beneficial for their comfort. For some, this blanket has become a daily necessity, especially in colder climates, and they express loyalty to the brand due to positive past experiences. However, there is a notable downside regarding the product's lifespan, with several customers reporting that the blankets failed to work as expected after just a few months or years of use. Issues such as the controller ceasing to operate or the blanket not heating up at all have led to disappointment. Attempts to contact customer service for warranty assistance have also left some frustrated, indicating potential gaps in support following product issues. Overall, while the Biddeford heated blanket is celebrated for its comfort and features, concerns over durability and customer service may dissuade some potential buyers. **
