This Tete de Moine cheese does not come with a cheese curler and needs to be refrigerated. The curls weigh very little, and it is estimated that 200-250 curls can be made from a 1.8lb wheel. The cheese can be sliced in half, and the rind can be removed by cutting 2cm all around. It is shipped using FedEx Priority overnight with ice packs. The cheese has received mixed reviews, with some customers expressing disappointment in its freshness, smell and the fact that it cracks when using a cheese curler. Others have praised its taste, with one Anglo-Swiss customer stating that it is a "lifesaver" and that sanitized cheese sold in US stores is "criminal".
