About This Item
Upgrade your Prusa i3 MK3S or MK3 MMU2 with the E3D Prusa MK3 MK3S V6 HotEnd Kit. This kit includes everything you need to enhance the performance and reliability of your printer. Featuring a Prusa specific heatbreak with custom internal geometry, this HotEnd kit offers improved reliability with retractions when using the MMU. The kit also includes a Prusa specific thermistor with a pre-prepared extension cable for a seamless drop-in replacement experience. Please note that this HotEnd is designed for use with 24V Prusa i3 MK3S or MK3 MMU2 printers only.
It is not compatible with 12V Prusa models such as the MK2, MK2.5, or MK2S. Using this HotEnd with the wrong voltage may cause damage to your printer. The kit includes a V6 HeatSink, stainless steel Prusa HeatBreak, brass nozzle (1.75mm x 0.4mm), 40W, 24V heater cartridge, V6 aluminum HeaterBlock, Prusa specific thermistor cartridge, collet, collet clip, V6 fixings kit, M3 grub screw, M3 washer, and thermal paste. Please note that the kit does not come with the specific PTFE used by Prusa, so be sure to retain the PTFE from your existing HotEnd.
