Answer: Flex Foam-iT X is pretty dense and not suitable for upholstry cushions on a couch. It would be better to use Flexfoam-iT 3 or 4. The foams are urethane based and are pretty durable. For detailed info, you can contact Smooth-On or Reynolds and they will send you free samples of each flex foam. -
