Installation is relatively straightforward and requires basic tools, taking as little as 20 minutes to complete. It is important to compress the bushings to fit them properly. These bushings also come with a high-quality grease that you need to apply on the bushings metal parts as well as the inside and outside. One small note is that the passenger cut open side of the rack faces down as that is how the OEM one was done in the factory.
