Answer: The product I ordered is brown chocolate, not white. It is for use in chocolate cakes, hot chocolate, etc. -

Answer: Not familiar with Frozen Bean Mocha latte but it makes a great Frozen Mocha Frappe' ... better than Starbucks, my opinion. I make this almost every day and when the grandkids show, they request mama's frappe' :) -

Does this classic white mix taste like vanilla?
Answer: No, this is a creamy base but it is rather neutral in flavor. If you would like a Vanilla flavor, check out our Vanilla Bean Frappe Base. -

Can you use the Frappe Classic White in a coffee dispensing machine for hot cappuccinos and lattes?
Answer: I don't have experience with a coffee dispensing machine, but I use my cappuccino machine to make the espresso, then mix that with the amount of powder in my cup and top off the cup with steamed milk. If I'm not energetic enough to break out the cappuccino machine, I just mix the powder in a cup with brewed coffee and some milk, then heat in the microwave. -

Can this be used to make white hot cocoa?
Answer: No, this product is not meant for Hot Cocoa. We would prefer to use the Ghirardelli Sweet Ground White Chocolate and Cocoa product. -

Does this have caffeine?
Answer: Yes, chocolate has caffeine. -

Can I use this to make hot mocha and is it the same as the mocha powder that Starbucks used to sell?
Answer: Yes, you can make hot or cold drinks. I'm not sure what Starbucks uses, but I like this better. It is thicker, I can control calories by using water vs milk and I can add a banana which makes it super creamy. I also add instant espresso powder when I need a boost. I love this mix! -

How many total servings does it contain?
Answer: Around 16 if you follow directions, which makes a 16 oz frappe. It takes 1/2 cup of mix to make a 16 oz frappe and there are approximately 8 cups in the can. I use half of that for a small frappe and get about 32 servings per can.
