The manual is presented well, and the Construction is straightforward. However, the Z-spindles are reported to be prone to falling out during installation of the gantry. Similarly, some users report issues with the spool holder being a bit too small. Nevertheless, the automatic bed leveling and the glass bed's ability to stick are some of its key attributes. The ER-20 is delivered in an Almost Ready condition, requiring a simple procedure of Gantry assembly, extruder, and spool holder. However, a few users encountered issues with the extruder either failing to work or leaving uneven smears; they resolved this by using a specified needle to clear the nozzle. Despite requiring some improvements, the printer has made an impression as one of the best entry-level 3D Printers to use.
